That’s why we’re pleased to announce our appointment of an exclusive insurance partner, QBE Insurance (Australia). From 1 September 2010, QBE will be the sole provider of general insurance products to FCCS members.
QBE is Australia’s largest international general insurance and reinsurance group and has been providing peace of mind for more than 120 years. Our partnership with QBE means we can offer you a range of products such as car, home and contents, caravan, boat and motorcycle insurance. Also, if you need loan protection, QBE provides consumer credit insurance to protect your repayments.
As an FCCS policyholder, you now have access to a new and exciting product range.
Our relationship with CGU and Allianz Insurance will cease and we are taking the necessary steps to ensure a smooth transition to QBE. Prior to your CGU or Allianz Insurance renewal date, you will receive a new “Offer to Insure” pack that provides relevant documents and information you need to transfer your insurance cover to QBE.
For CGU policyholders this process will commence for insurance policies due to expire on 1 September 2010 and for Allianz policyholders for insurance policies due to expire on 1 November 2010.
We want to assure you that by changing to QBE, your insurance policy cover will remain the same, if not better. Two important features of the transition to QBE are:

- For your peace of mind, you will receive the best of both policies guarantee*
