CGU insurance policies give you the freedom to choose the best cover to suit your needs. You choose the type of policy and the level of cover.
Policies
CGU has developed three car insurance policies for you to choose from.
Car Insurance
This policy is the most flexible and, like all our policies, offers real value for money. Cover is available for all authorised drivers.
Nominated Driver
This policy provides a discounted premium if the car will only be driven by up to 2 nominated drivers over 25 years of age.
Nominated Driver 'Low Kilometre'
If you don't do a lot of driving, this policy is ideal for you. It features a generous premium discount when the insured vehicle, driven by up to 2 nominated drivers over 25 year of age, travels less than 10,000 kms in a 12 month period.
Cover
The choice and flexibility continues with the choice of three levels of cover.
Comprehensive
Cover for loss or damage to your car and your legal liability for loss or damage to another person's property.
Fire, Theft & Third Party
Cover for your car for loss or damage by fire or theft and your legal liability for loss or damage to another person's property.
Third Party Only
Cover for you legal liability for loss or damage to another person's property.
