Our phone Banking Service gives you 24 hour access to your accounts from any touch phone. It's a free service, you only pay the cost of a local call, regardless of where you ring from within Australia.
By simply calling 1300 361 555 and following the voice prompts, you can:
- Hear your Savings, Investment and Loan account balances
- Have your previous transactions read to you
- Hear if funds have been credited to your account
- Transfer funds between your accounts
- Give 24hrs notice to withdraw or transfer funds from your Access Saver Account
- Pay bills using BPAY
- Transfer funds to selected third party accounts
- Obtain interest earned for the last financial year
- Change your personal access code
