I recently approached Janice to discuss consolidation of my finances and banking.   

Janice and her team were able to provide me with a banking solution that not only consolidates my finances but also improves my ability to save and has now placed me in a much better financial position than what my bank was able to offer. The customer service has been outstanding.  

I'm also receiving ongoing support and assistance from FCCS.

I can highly recommend banking with FCCS Credit Union if you are looking for a better deal and better service.

I called the Geelong office this afternoon and spoke to a very nice lady regarding not being able to access my account on my iPad, I did not catch her name but the information she gave me was spot on and I would like to pass on my thanks to her for her patience and help.

Thanks very much for your assistance in setting up Cam and Jason (Bridges Financial Planners) in providing the financial advice to both my wife and I. We not only found the advice to ring true to what we were expecting / looking for, but also provided reassurance in our thoughts in what we can and should do. 

The process that was delivered suited us as well, in particular:-

The initial consultation was free and without obligation, we felt no pressure during the meetings;

In the Statement of Advice (strategy) meetings, there were two Bridges Financial advisers, both had their speciality and they were able to explain things in simple terms;

3 strategies were provided (not just 1) which covered high, medium to very low risks, so we were able to choose where we were confortable;

the advice was unbiased as there was a range of different products to choose from;

my wife and I were able to talk to each other in front of Cam and Jason about the advice, so we could get the answers then and there and not in another meeting;

The fees paid for the strategy was a small price to pay (that I compared to other institutions) for peace of mind and sound advice that will help look after us in the future.

Many thanks to the staff and management at FCCS for all your help in opening accounts for myself and my business after I became disappointed with the Credit Union turned bank that I had banked with for many years.  Particular thanks to Jenny for all the hard work she did opening multiple accounts.

At the end of opening several accounts i had a call from Janice asking if I was happy.  I'm more than happy, thank you.

I feel sorry for people that, like me, loathed the thought of having to contact their financial institution.  With the FCCS it's a delight.  Better services than a bank and friendly staff that honestly want to help you. 

I can't understand why anyone would bank anywhere else.

I would like to bring your attention to the outstanding customer service provided by Barrie Atkins, one of your Branch and Business Development Managers.  I have dealt with Barrie in relation to two separate loan applications and his manner, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile should not go unrecognised.  The high level of service provided by Barrie is rarely seen in today's society and is such a refreshing change that I felt I should pass on my positive experience to FCCS.

We have recently relocated to the ACT. I would personally like to thank Colleen from the Loans Dept, who has done an amazing job approving a small loan for us, so that we can purchase a property in the area. Without her assistance and help, this would have been a stressful time, but due to her diligence, the process has been painless. She has kept in touch with us all steps of the way, and emailed contracts etc promptly. We have just had 2 weeks back in Geelong, we walked in and Gayle greeted us by name, this made us feel like a valued customer instead of a number. She even asked after our daughter, who also lives interstate. This is service that goes beyond what is expected in this day and age.

You always hear "horror"stories about banks, but we have the highest of praise for the staff at FCCS, and we have never had a "horror" story.

We opened an account with FCCS on behalf of our Self Managed Super Fund quite some the ago. We did that through Barrie at your Auburn, Sydney branch. He was very helpful, but of course, very accurate with the documents needed. We have had quite a number of dealings, through emails & the occasional phone calls with head office in regard to changing withdrawal limits, postal addresses & emails addresses. We have always found the staff there to be efficient, friendly & courteous. We know interest rates have continued to move lower but appreciate that FCCS haven't followed the rate decline to the same extent that the banks have.  We have just opened a term deposit for our company with FCCS & the same friendly, helpful & efficient service from both your head office & the Auburn branch have continued.

We would like to thank FCCS head office staff & particularly Jo as well as Barrie at Auburn for making the opening of this account a no brainer as to where we should invest our funds.

Today I was served by a lady called Rose. Although I was not sure of what I needed, Rose very patiently for 1/2 hour guided me through the process.

She rang me later in the afternoon to confirm what we agreed upon was done. I found her extemely helpful and knowledgeable and the level of service I received from her confirms to me why I prefer your Credit Union to any bank I have had experience with.

I have just completed the purchase of an investment property with the valued assistance of FCCS Loans Department. From previous experience with other financial institutions, arranging mortgage finance can be very stressful and frustrating.

While the purchase of this property had some testing times, the last thing I had to worry about, which is probably the most import, was finance. From the time of my offer to the Real Estate Agent to settlement was approximately seven weeks.

I am particularly impressed that even in this relatively short time frame a significant financial transaction can be completed with so little fuss. The service I received from FCCS Loans Dept has been first class.

I have been a shareholder/member of FCCS for the past 26 yrs, and within that time I have also held bank accounts with 3 out of the 4 major Australian banks. I have over the years cancelled my accounts with these banks because of the lack of services.
During my membership with FCCS I have always found the staff helpful and friendly to deal with.
I would like to thank the staff and management of FCCS for the service and friendliness they have given me over the years and hopefully for many years to come.

Testimonial I approached FCCS because I neeeded to renegotiate my fixed interest mortgage which was with another bank. I found the staff to be extremely approachable and very helpful. They obviously have the customers' needs in mind. The loans officer, Genny, handled all the details very quickly. I received all the help I needed to set up accounts, cards and internet access. I am pleased with the flexibility of the new loan, particularly the no fee redraw facility. There are almost no fees and charges AND the loan variable interest rate is equal to the best I could find anywhere in Australia.
