I would like to let you know how pleased I was with the service I encountered at your Geelong Branch. As in the past, my dealings with the staff have always been a pleasant experience, however I feel obliged to make written commendations in regards to the assistance, information given and patience shown to me by two particular staff members this week. Being a newcomer to the idea of Internet and Phone Banking, I was unsure if it would suit me and proceeded to ask a lot of questions. I was given all the details & help needed in a very friendly manner by staff members Camille and Janice. With such helpful and knowledgeable staff members to assist your customers a 100% satisfaction rating is in order. Please convey my thanks to your staff.

I have been a shareholder/member of FCCS for the past 26 yrs, and within that time I have also held bank accounts with 3 out of the 4 major Australian banks.  I have over the years cancelled my accounts with these banks because of the lack of services. 
During my membership with FCCS I have always found the staff helpful and friendly to deal with.  
I would like to thank the staff and management of FCCS for the service and friendliness they have given me over the years and hopefully for many years to come.
